Twelve weeks, planned to the set.
Get stronger. Build muscle.
A plan that answers back: a twelve-week program for your body and your gym, weights that progress from what you lifted, a coach that changes your week when you ask.

Tonight
Walk in knowing exactly what to lift.
Week 1 of 12 · Upper A · 55 minutes.
- One screen, one session. The day, the week, the start button.
- Loads from last week. Every set starts at the weight you actually logged, moved by what that lift did last week.
- The progression line. Reach the top of the rep range and the lift steps up next week; the app says so in a sentence, not a score.
See how that number is decided: the next-week load calculator.

The session
Nothing to think about but the lift.
The clip loops on the first set and settles to a still.
- Weight and reps on two big numbers, a tap away from a wheel.
- Rest is a ring. It counts down where your eyes already are, and resumes if you pause.
- Set complete blooms once. Then the next one.

The coach
Change your week without losing the plan.
Bench felt easy. Can we add a bit and move Thursday to Friday?
- Proposals, not posts. A load change or a schedule move arrives as a card with Apply on it.
- Applied once. Tap Apply twice and nothing doubles.
- Inside the rules. The coach cannot pass your ceiling or change a week that is already written.
Programs that finish
Twelve weeks. Then a result.
A block with a beginning, an end and a report.
- Monday report. What changed this week and why, in plain words.
- The block summary. Adherence, records and weight change, in one card you can share.
- The next block comes from a one-minute check-in on goal, days and equipment.

Progress
Watch the strength arrive.
Weight over any range. Records that open the lift.
- The weight chart over one month to all time, scrubbed with a thumb.
- Personal records open the exercise and its load over time.
- Four weeks of consistency in a strip, no streak guilt.

Eat
Eat for the goal, not by guesswork.
One calorie target. Meals that fit the week.
- One target, computed once from your body and your training days.
- The coach's plan for the week, written fresh for every block.
- Hand-written recipes with real photographs, steps and macros.
What it is
Plainly.

Your data and the coach
The program, the meal plans and the chat run on an AI model. Nothing is sent before you say yes, once. The privacy policy names every provider and lists exactly what goes and why.
Clips for most exercises
Recorded clips for most exercises today, stills for the rest, recordings on the way.
Written, not generated
The exercise library, the recipes and the programs are written by people; the AI adapts them to you.

Questions
Before you ask.
Do I need a gym?
No. Tell the app what you have — a full gym, a few dumbbells, bands, or nothing — and the program is written for that.
How does the trial work?
Start either plan, use everything for 14 days, cancel in Settings if it is not for you and you are not charged.
What does the coach actually change?
Loads, exercises and the days of the week, within your progression cap. Every change arrives as a proposal you confirm.
Which languages?
English and Turkish, throughout.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. The waitlist is where we will say when.
Where does my data go?
To our servers for your account and your training, to an AI provider for the AI features after your consent, and to Apple for billing. Every provider is named in the privacy policy. Delete your account and it is gone.
